Got some questions to ask? Check out some below....

Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: No, each zip code will have a travel fee for delivery, starting at $20 for our local delivery area. Which is Port Vincent area. Additional fees may apply for areas farther out

Q: When do you set up?

A. That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we make all of our deliveries between 7am and 12 noon. We arrive and set up before the rental time begins. If we have many rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as the day before. If this is the case, we will call the before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

.

Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Inflated Adventures cleans and disinfects after every rental.

We have a 3 Step Cleaning Process

Step 1
First we vacuum all grass and leaves from each inflatable. We use shop vacs to achieve this.

Step 2
Next we wash away all dirt & mud with soapy water. This process is very similar to what you might observe washing a car.

Step 3
Our next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for combatting Covid-19. The name of the disinfectant we use is Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner and Simple Green Pro 3. Both these products have demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-2019) which helps to eliminate 99.9% of germs. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with clean towels. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles.

.

Q: Do we have to keep the jump plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can trip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

.

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator or provide your own. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.

.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or credit card. NO checks (except pre-approved church/school/large corporations). If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do nor carry change  We require a $100 down payment to reserve the inflatable, You can book through our website if you want to go ahead and just pay full price and not worry about the down payment, but if you want to just pay the down payment you would call 225-315-4362 so I can create you a link and then you can just pay the down payment through the website using a card. The remaining balance is then due upon delivery of the inflatable.

,

Q: How big are the inflatables?

A: You can check on the of each inflatable for dimensions.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.  We also do not setup on mud or sand.

.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
